Farm Safety Association
The Farm Safety Association is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1973 and is a “designated entity” under the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act (WSIA). The Association vision is the elimination of all workplace injuries and illnesses in the provinces Agricultural Industrial Sector, as the industry’s primary source of Occupational Health and Safety education and awareness. As one of Ontario’s health and safety associations, primary funding is through employer’s premiums paid to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Our members are firms which pay WSIB premiums as Agricultural employers which includes Agriculture, horticulture and landscaping. Learn more.
